  • I am quite a late comer to UGG brand boots with only having purchased mine at Christmas. I have the tall grey Ugg boots and I wish I'd been converted years ago! I was resentful of spending so much money on a pair of UGG Australia boots that were suede and could easily be spoilt but I eventually gave in. I now live in my boots. I have treated them with the official protector so am now not so worried about getting them wet although I do tend to not wear them in dreadful weather so I'm not sure how they would bare up.
UGG Australia really do keep your feet warm without making them sweaty and smelly. Sometimes they get really warm if you are indoors! They are comfy and you can walk miles in them without your feet aching.
Yes Australia UGG boots aren't the most flattering of boots but they are a statement and a must have. You need to make sure you purchase a size smaller than you are as they do give. Tighter is better at first

  • William created a new topic UGG Australia boots, a sn'ugg'ly treat for feet in the forum.
Alas the winter is over (well hopefully) and spring is on its way, so do I have to bid farewell to my ever faithful Uggs till the temperature dips once more. Hey no chance, I practically live in UGG Australia boots, how would you describe them, little clouds of comfort?

I was first introduced to UGG brand boots a few years back on a trip to Florida. I spotted them in a trendy shoe shop called Destination in Florida Mall. I was totally gobsmacked at the price, in a good way though. They cost less than half what you would pay at home for the same style, and coupled with the excellent exchange rate at the time, I decided to treat myself and my daughter to a few pairs each.

I purchased the UGG short boots, and the classic tall in black and chocolate, and for my daughter the same styles in sand and black. After over 4 years they are still going strong, so it does pay to choose the more expensive brand over the cheaper immitations out there.

They are made from high quality twin sided sheepskin, the outerside has a suede feel to it, and the inside is a luxurious sheepskin fleece which is soft and dense making them the most comfortable foot wear I have ever had the pleasure of owning.

They come in a fantastic range of syles and colours therefore I'm sure there is a style to suit everyones taste, everything from short, tall, knitted styles, ones with buttons, even ones in a soft denim!

My daughter who is only 7, is an Ugg addict, she will only wear childrens UGGs due to the look and feel, she has tried others but finds them uncomfortable and they do not last. I've just bought her a lovely purple pair, she is now the envy of class 12!

If you do splash out on a pair, I would recommend buying the sheepskin UGG boots cleaner and waterproof repellant spray to keep them in tip top condition.

Go on, treat your feet, they will thank you!

Available from John Lewis, Daniel footwear and online, prices range from £99.99 for kids tall up to approximately £190 for adults sizes.

  • William created a new topic SnUgg as a bUgg in a rUgg!!! in the forum.
I first succumbed to the UGG brand boots trend about 18 months ago, I had been made redundant and had a nice sum of cash sat in my bank account screaming 'spend me, spend me!', so I did on a pair of UGG boots on sale. I was instantly in love!

I am always cold, I hate the winter and even in the summer I complain about being cold, basically unless I'm in Spain or somewhere then I'm just not warm enough! One of the main things that has always made me most uncomfortable is having cold feet, if I'm out walking or at a bonfire or doing anything at all and my feet are cold then I can think of nothing else. Then along came baby UGG boots and my problem was solved, almost... The only downside that I can possibly think of with a pair of Ugg boots is that you just cannot wear them in the rain. Ok, so they're fine in a light shower but when it comes to real lashing it down, wading through puddles type of rain then it's a no go. This was my first mistake, though it was slushy snow, not rain, that did it - my lovely kids UGG boots started to lose their metallic finish and they never quite recovered from a day out in the slush! Silly me however, this was entirely my own fault, I had been warned.

Due to the expense I couldn't exactly rush out and buy a new pair and men UGG boots looked ok really but after 12 months I decided to treat myself to some new ones, black suede (so as not to risk them losing the special finish of my first pair) and really look after them. Which I have done and they are just fine.

They are without a doubt the comfiest, warmest and most blissful thing you could ever have on your feet. It is like wearing UGG slippers, but really nice snug ones that don't slide off your feet.

Providing you don't wear UGG gloves in torrential rain or slush like I did and providing you take care of them - using a protector spray is advisable - they will serve you well.

Sure, forking out £200 or more for a pair of women UGG boots is scary and it's a big decision to make but it's one you wouldn't regret. When I first started looking at them I checked out cheaper copies but still to get a half decent looking pair you could be paying £70-£100 so what's the point when you can have the real deal for a bit more? I have known people buy UGG earmuffs off the internet saying 'oh I got some for only £85' but sadly these are mostly fakes.

I think that the people who say UGG sandals are rubbish are mostly the ones who have got a fake version or a cheaper copy. They are expensive yes but not rubbish by any stretch of the imagination!

My feet are so much happier, warmer & comfier and I have UGG scarf to thank for that!

Whilst not being waterproof can be an issue I'm still awarding them 5 stars as I don't think they need to lose a star just for that, after all, if the weather is that bad then which shoes or boots really are waterproof? If the rain is that bad then stick some wellies on!
Summary: UGG Australia boots Steep price tag but you get what you pay for which in this case is warmth and fantastic comfort

  • William created a new topic UGG Australia boots are expensive, but worth it in the forum.
I have now had my UGG Australia boots for just over a year. At first I didn't like them, but soon enough everyone was wearing them but the supermarket versions rather than the real UGGs. I decided to try some of the cheaper versions and they were great, but I found that very soon they got a little destroyed after a few wears and some bad weather.

I thought to myself that there was no point wasting endless money on the cheaper version for them to do this every couple of months and decided to invest in the wholesale UGGs. I own the Classic Tall UGGS in plain black colour. They were so much comfier than the others.

When you first put knock off UGGs on your feet, it feels like you are walking around outside in slippers as they are that comfy! If you spray them with protector, you can also wear them in rain etc, and they shouldn't really damage your boots. I tend not to wear them in torrential rain (not that we get much of it!) though as I don't want to damage them, but a little shower is fine!

These boots are stylish and match virtually any outfit. They have different ranges like classic tall, classic short, knitted tall, knitted short and probably a few more. They are available in loads of different colours:
Black, Light Pink, Grey, Dark Grey, Creamy/Beige, Purple, Blue and more.

You can find UGGs discount on the www.saleauuggs.com, in UGG shops and shoe shops priced roughly between £100 to £200. UGG now have ranges of other shoes, sandals etc.
    Summary: Amazing, a must have!

  • I bought a pair of UGG Australia boots in September last year. I got them from a town near my home, where they cost me just over £100.
Normally I would have never paid that much for a pair of boots, because it just seemed so expensive. But I really loved the look of cheap UGG boots, and because I had bought so many cheap versions of the boots that you can find in shops, but had found that they never last and are really bad quality, I wanted to buy a pair of cheap UGGs because I had read so many reviews and heard so much about them being great quality.

They are made from real sheepskin on the inside so UGG boots cheap are really comfortable to wear. You don't really need to wear socks with these boots, because they are so soft and comfy and warm. I wear them with socks most of the time, but sometimes I go without and its just as good.

You can probably make up your own mind as to whether you like how the UGG boots outlet look. Most girls I know seem to love them, but I've also heard lads saying how ugly they look. Personally I think they are more practical than stylish, and they are definitely ultimate boots for comfort. So it is really up to you to decide if you like how they look. I got them in grey, because I thought it would go with most things, but you can also get these UGG brand boots in black, sand, chestnut and even metallic colours. There are some other designs you can choose from, too, like leapord.

Obviously being more than £100 these women UGG boots are a lot more expensive than most. But there are loads of good deals you can find online, and also these will last you a lot longer than the cheapy versions they sell in the high street. Mine have lasted me nearly a year. I don't wear them all the time, and because of the price I don't like to risk wearing them in the rain, or mud obviously. But they are good quality and I expect they will last me another good few months, if not years.
I recommend Australia UGG boots to you if you like the look and want comfy feet.

  • When Australia UGG boots first became the fashion statement that they were, i refused to buy a pair as i thought they were big, clumpy and overpriced. However when i was in new York one winter and my feet were at freezing point, i caved in and bought a pair. I am so glad i did! UGGs on sale are so comfortable and keep your feet as warm as toast! The lining is made from think sheepskin. Sheepkin is known for keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. I haven't tested the summer bit out yet, but they definetly work at keeping your feet warm in the winter months.

Even though UGG boots sale are good at keepingyour feet warm, you just need to be careful when wearing them in the snow or the rain. The boots are not waterproof and so water can leak in and even stain the suede on the boots. You can buy an UGG kit for about £20 that has shampoo and a protector spray to help you keep your boots in good condition. You will probably be abble to buy this from the same shop you buy your boots from.

UGG boots on sale come in a variety of colours, and it can be difficult to narrow down to one pair! Some of the more popular colours are chesnet, brown and black, but they also come in colours like pink! There are also other styles availble which makes the choice even harder and they often bring out new designs each year! With UGG sale i turn them inside out a bit at the top to show some of the fleece lining, which gives you a different look and makes the boots look not as tall.

UGG boot sale are quite expensive at full price - around £160 and upwards. A tip would be to buy them in america if you go or get someone who is going to get you them. I always buy mine in america as they are approx $150. Depending on how good the exchange rate means you can get them for about £100 or even cheaper.

I couldn't live without my sale UGG boots now. They are perfect to wear with a pair of leggings and tunic top, or even skinny jeans.
    Summary: Just lovely!

    I LOVE UGG brand boots!!!
After several pairs of the cheaper Ugg style boots I decided to treat myself to the real deal and I've never looked back.
Yes UGG Australia boots are expensive but they last for ages. I bought my first pair two years ago, a pair of Classic Tall black Uggs and they're still going strong.
They are comfortable, durable and they feel luxurious.
I've bought 3 pairs since my first pair and although many people hate them if they tried them they'd also convert to UGG outlet stores.
They come in every colour so they are easily adaptable to every-ones wardrobe.
I would never ever go back to the cheaper versions as there is no comparison.
I can walk miles in UGG factory store, they are lightweight and so comfortable. Every pair moulds to your foot so you'll never find a more comfortable boot. The sheepskin inside the boot is soft so you don't have to wear socks, but they don't make your feet hot and sweaty.
If you're undecided I'd say go for it, you'll be over the moon and your friends will be green with envy.
I have, I'm ashamed to say turned into an Australia UGG boots snob!
Summary: Luxury item you can't be without.

  • William created a new topic I'm snug as a bug in a rug in my Uggs :) in the forum.
I life in my UGG Australia boots. Honestly, I don't think I could live without them. I've had plenty of pairs of faux Uggs in the past, and none of them have done as well as the real deal.

I got my first pair of women UGG boots 5 years ago. I ordered them off a website which is now closed, but they were certainly genuine. They were short, in the sand colour. I noticed that they were a little small at first, but this was simply because the sheepskin inside was so fluffy and lovely and they just needed wearing in! These cheap UGG boots have been through everything.. I wear them on the beach - they have gotten soaked infinite times over the past 5 years! I have 2 dogs which frequently shake sand and salty water over them, but the boots are still going strong! The only thing is that they smell pretty bad (my own fault, my feet do that to all my shoes..) and the sheepskin on the sole is all impacted and solid because of my frequent use. They've even withstood having gelatine dropped on them whilst I was making a cheesecake, they only have a little stain now..

About 2 years after I got my old faithfuls, I decided to add another pair of womens UGG boots. This time, a pair of tall chestnuts from Just Sheepskin. I ordered a size 8, although I am a size 7, as people had said they were a little small. This was quite the opposite - as soon as I'd worn them a few times they were way too big. I can't wear them out now as they're massive but still wear them as slippers as they're quite comfy.

After this failure, I thought I'd abandon those and try some short black Just Sheepskins, and I've gotta say that I loved UGG boots for women for about half a year... until the soles wore down so much that both my feet were pointing inwards on the slopes. They were great while they lasted, as this time I got the correct size, but unfortunately the soles were just too succeptible to wearing down.

I gave up on Just Sheepskin and moved onto Emus. I bought a tall black pair to comfort myself after having to bin my JSs. They were as comfortable as the women Uggs, but the soles just didn't look as nice. They felt really quality.. So much so that I bought a tall chestnut pair! I loved them so much that I wore them alternate days and hardly ever wore any other shoes.. that is until I had them about half a year and the soles came away from the rest of the shoe on both pairs of boots! I was so frustrated and thought that nothing would trump the Ugg.. I was right, for once! My short sand pair is still alive.

I finally decided to get another short chestnut pair.. this time UGG boots on sale!! I'm wearing them right now, they're a bit wet from a walk on the beach but still my favourite shoes ever.

My only niggle about the UGG boots sale, aside from the price (which I will come to later) is how quickly the lining deteriorates. I wear my Uggs pretty much daily so they have a lot of wear but unfortunately after only 2 months the lining is starting to come away from the sole! Possibly only because I walk dogs in them and do a lot of milage in them, but still, I'd expect more bang for my buck, and my old Uggs seem to withstand more.

Now, on to the price.. Oh my god they're blooming expensive. I have been fortunate enough to have my poor mum pay for lowest price UGG boots, but I tell you I would never dream of spending the approximate £200 on any other pair of shoes.. Don't know why but I just trust the Ugg name.

Overall, they are pricey shoes, but if you want a pair, just buy the genuine Uggs! You'll do better that way then just buying cheap(er) knock-offs.
Summary: Don't buy knock offs, you're better off buying the real deal.

  • Hi im reviewing my fave foot wear of all time Australia UGG boots. I bought these boots 1 year ago because i seen millions of people wearing them and at the time i bought them for the latest fashion trend but now its for luxury and comfort.

Price- I must say i could not believe the price at first but i paid the whopping £200 for discount UGG boots from www.saleauuggs.com. They can be bought at john lewis, and designer shoe shops for round about the same price. Please be aware that there are many online websites offering genuine or should i say fake ugg boots for a fraction of the price. My friend bought a pair from one of these websites and was very disappointed with them as they fell apart after 4 weeks and were obvious they were fake.

Look- They came in a nice earthy light brown box with the logo on box. My UGG brand boots came with a dust bag with the ugg logo on the bag. The bag is handy to store the boots in if going away for the weekend. The boots are 35cm tall come up to my upper calf. They can be turned over to reveal the sheep skin wool. The sole is soft but hard wearing and comfy to wear. My boots are in the chestnut colour. They come in many colours too many to list. They also do many different ranges of the boot e.g cardigan, short and metalic ranges.

Wearing- I was so impressed when i wore them for the first time. They were so comfy and flexible, my feet had plenty of room and the sheeps wool lining was warm and comfortable. I felt like i was wearing my slippers! They are warm and cosy for winter i did not take them off all winter. They did not make my feet sweat which i thought they might. I also wear them during the summer and for some strange reason the were not to hot to wear.

Cleaning- I was worried about cleaning them because they are suade. I looked online for some help and discovered that you can buy the right cleaner for them. Its also by ugg and can be found on there official website for £10.40 The cleaner shampoos and conditions your discount UGGs boots and keeps them in mint condition.

Summary- we forget how much strain we put on our feet and its time to treat you feet to a pair of ugg boots to show our feet how much we appreciate them.
Summary: BE GOOD TO YOUR FEET AND GIVE THEM A TREAT!!!!

  • I cant live without UGG Australia boots. I have the cream coloured ugg boots in the tall classics.
Australia UGG boots go with everything from my juicy couture tracksuits jeans leggings.
Ugg tall classics are calf height and very roomy so can tuck my jeans into them.
They have sheepskin lining inside the boots and suede on the outside when the pavements have been gritted the salt marks the suede but a wipe over with a cloth takes the most of it off. I have put them through the washing machine too and they come out clean but i would not recommend you do this just in case i don't want to be responsible for peoples boots getting ruined.
They have what feels like a soft foam sole and after a year mines are still in good condition. You can get UGG boots on sale in many different styles and colours. My uggs set me back £160 but have seen them cheaper in the Saleauuggs.com for £65.00.
These are super comfy to wear like slippers and cosy with the sheepskin in them.
I look forward to the coming winter so i can wear them again.
I think these are a great buy not only comfy, cosy but very fashionable.
    Definitely worth an investment
    Recommend.
Summary: UGG brand boots definitely worth an investment

  • William created a new topic UGG Australia boots, Ugg your way in the fashion in the forum.
UGG Australia boots are the greatest fashion statement for winter chic. Wear them with a knee length floaty skirt for the ultimate boho look.

Ugg are an Australian company which have been making these UGG boots on sale for years and years. It is only in the past few years that they have become popular all over the world. Almost obtaining cult status. Many celebs have been seen wearing the classic ugg and due to this the world has gone mad for them.

You can buy cheaper imitations of cheap UGG boots but many are not worth having. If you have tried these on you will know what I mean. Real Uggs have a sheepskin interior which is sooooo cosy and comfortable to wear. Immitation Uggs often have synthetic inners which are not comfy and can scratch your feet. Although a real pair of Uggs will set you back upwards of £100 they will last you for years and years. I have had mine for over 2 years now and they still look great. I also wear them almost all year round, the only time I don't really wear them is in the high summer months. I love them best in the Spring and Autumn.

You can buy women UGG boots in many shops or online just be carefully that you are buying what you think you're buying. Some online retailers have been know to sell fakes either knowingly or not. Some are very difficult to tell apart.

Overall I love UGG brand boots and find them the most versitile pair of boots I own.
Summary: great comfy pair of boots.

  • William created a new topic Maybe UGG-ly, but awfully good! in the forum.
This review is on the UGG Australia boots in the 'tall' style, I have this style in the chocolate colour which is a rich brown.

I know that UGG boots have been round for what seem to be like ages now, however after a few pairs of cheap £10 imitations just to find myself walking on the inside of the boot I found it was time to invest in some of the real ones.
I didn't really expect much from them, just a warm, winter boot, all I really wanted was for them not to turn over, but how much had I underestimated these boots I wonder?!?!

I purchased the chocolate colour of the classic Tall. I purchased the Classic Tall as they are the classic design and are easily recongnisable as the original UGG handbags. The chocolate simply because it is 'the' colour - one of the the original colour I associate with UGG'S.

To wear I can only describe them as slippers but comfier, the sheepskin lining is soft on the feet, which adds comfort and warmth. I thought that they were only designed for the winter - but I was wrong.
They are meant for wearing without socks, this is so that your feet can work together with the boots so that they can 'breathe' and by doing this your feet are always nearly at the ideal temperature, which means they can be worn in either summer or winter without your feet feeling cold or hot!

The Classic Tall is a very simple design, UGG gloves. It has sheepskin for the lining and is very warm and fluffy, they boots come to just below the knee, however 2 designs could easily be created as you could wear them this length, or I sometimes fold mine over.

There is also the normal UGG earmuffs sign on the bottom of the shoe and depending on year you get your UGGS/ season there may be a different design on the sole. The sole to the shoe it actually quite thick and 'bouncy' also allowing for comfort.

I have worn these UGG boots on sale in both winter and summer and they don't look out of place in either season, however I do prefer to wear them in the winter.

They are definitely the latest 'craze' and can cost around £150-£200 for this particular style (though if you shop around I am sure you'll be able to find it for less) though I think this is great as they are really long wearing and don't seem to tire and I do not seem them going out of fashion any time soon.

Though you are not meant to wear in rain, I have done so and they are not stained, even after wearing them for a year in all weather (yep even that snow - my feet were lovely and toasty) they have not stained and I do not live in fear any more and when they do I will not break down as my friends have, but really it is barely noticeable!

Since purchasing these I have also gone on to buy the Bailey Button and the knitted which shows how much I have loved wearing these UGG slippers!

They are strong, lasting, hard wearing UGG scarf, guaranteed to keep your feet satisfied in all weathers - yet also being a height of fashion - all my prayers have been answered!

UGG Australia have now also put in place a reflective label, which when twisted shows different designs of the UGG motifs, which is to help with fraud as only genuine ones have this. On their original / genuine website they also have a page about how to spot fakes, but to confirm they are real I would personally buy them from a well known Ugg retailer (TREDS, OFFICE) the UGG shop or the OFFICAL UGG store online.

Overall I would highly recommend these and after you have bought a few pairs of £10/£20 imitations that will soon all add up to a pair of these!
Summary: Maybe UGG-ly, but awfully good!

  • William created a new topic UGG brand boots are made for warming! in the forum.
Last Christmas I was thrilled to be given a pair of UGG brand boots. I had wanted a pair for ages; although at around £190 they were out of my price range! I had considered buying a pair of cheaper imitation boots, but they neither looked nor felt as good in my opinion. It really did have to be the real thing or nothing for me!

Most people will be aware of UGG Australia boots as they have been a popular for some time now. However let me briefly tell you what you get for all that money. Ugg boots are an Australian creation and are now sold all over the world. There are many different styles and colours of Ugg boots available, but I'm going to concentrate of my Ugg tall classic boots. If you would like to see what they have on offer then I suggest you take a look at the Ugg Australia web site. Words of warning here; there are lots of fake imitation Ugg boots being sold via the internet so be sure that you buy from a reputable source.

UGG boots on sale were purchased from John Lewis and I had already tried on several pairs before my husband purchased them. It is important to try on before you buy to ensure the right fit. I found I needed a size bigger than I would normally take. The boots have a sheepskin upper and inner. The sheepskin used is of a high quality. There is a raw seam that continues around the foot area and up the leg of the boot. The boots have a thick rubber sole with good grip and reinforced heel. In addition to the tall classic version there is also a short version if you prefer. I opted for the tall version as not only are they warmer but I love the way you can turn down the top of the boot giving a different look. John Lewis offered a choice of three colours including black, chesnut and chocolate. I opted for a chocolate pair as I thought they looked lovely and wouldn't show the dirt so easily! The boots cost £190, so they are certainly not a cheap item! However the short classic version are cheaper costing £100.

Lowest price UGG boots are designed to be worn without socks or tights. I love the warm soft feel of sheepskin against my feet. I am also happy that I don't have to worry about my socks slipping into the boot as I walk! I wore my boots constantly during the cold weather we experienced last winter and my feet stayed warm and dry. The boots grip well too; important when the pavements are icy! I like to wear my jeans tucked inside my boots and find that they stay in place, another plus point for me! The bots are easy to clean and it is recommended that you wash in cold water using a product designed for cleaning sheepskin. I tend to just sponge my boots clean and use a soft brush to remove any mud or dirt. The boots will also need to be protected with a water and stain repellant, this can be purchased from most shoe shops.

Overall I can highly recommend Australia UGG boots. They look good, are comfortable to wear and keep my feet and legs toasty warm! I should also mention that as these are not made using man made materials they don't make my feet sweat!

  • William created a new topic Ugg Australia Boots: The Ugliest Pair Of Boots in the forum.
I received a pair of UGG Australia boots as a birthday present in March of last year and from the moment I saw them I absolutely hated them. Both the real UGG boots and the cheaper copies have been pretty popular for quite some time now and I have to say I've always disliked them. To me they look bulky, clumsy, shapeless and ugly. I don't like them when they're worn over jeans and the 'tall' style is too chunky to get under jeans or trousers. I can honestly say that nothing about the design appeals to me in any way shape or form.

The actual pair/design I received was the above mentioned classic tall style in a chocolate brown colour. I must say that if I'd bought cheap UGG boots for myself I would have gone with the chocolate or possibly the black too as it's the most inconspicuous colour and the most wearable in terms of what they'll go with outfit wise. I'll be honest, when I opened them I did pretend to like them and even tried to convince myself that I'd probably fall in love with them like everyone else seems to have when I actually started to wear them.

When I got them home and tried them on properly the first thing I noticed about them is how incredibly comfortable they were. I would actually say they are more comfortable than slippers and feet feel cushioned, warm and snug. UGG boots on sale also feel very well made and I'd imagine they'd be pretty hard wearing but after trying them on with various different items of clothing I still hated them despite the comfort, warmth and quality.

I actually held on to women UGG boots for a good couple of months before selling them. One because I felt pretty awful that someone had spent so much money on them and two because I was still trying to convince myself that I'd find a use for them. The only use I could think of was that they'd be a comfortable pair of shoes to walk the dogs in and would also keep my feet warm and toasty in the winter months. After thinking about it again I decided that they were much too expensive to wear for this purpose and apparently you're not supposed to get them wet anyway so I ended up selling them on ebay.

They cost almost £200 a pair from most retailers and they're really popular so I ended up getting a pretty good price for them on ebay. With the money I got for them I bought a lovely pair of UGG classic boot from Kurt Geiger which made me feel better about the fact that they were a gift. At least I managed to get something I was actually going to wear with the cash and the original money that was spent on the UGGs wasn't a waste.

I'm really glad I did manage to sell them because I still hate them now and definitely wouldn't have found a use for them if I'd kept them. I know a lot of people own and love them and I understand why. I imagine you'd be hard pressed to find something as comfortable and warm as these and if you don't mind the design they'd be a pretty practical everyday UGG outlet stores. I'm happy with my Kurt Geigers though which are still going strong and I wont ever be buying another pair of UGGS.

I've given them three stars because of the comfort and warmth they offer and I also think it's unfair of me to rate them poorly just because I don't like the look of them.
Summary: Comfortable but not my cup of tea design wise

Until about a year ago, I was firm in the belief that these UGG brand boots were nothing special and that they were just an overpriced pair of furry boots. However, after purchasing a pair of them, my view has completely done a 360.

I bought them in Chestnut, and loved them so much that I bought another pair in Sand, just so they go with anything I wear. Although this sounds crazy, let me justify this decision before you do put that label on me.

UGGs discount are tall and so they cover most of my calves, and being almost 5 foot 9, this is no mean feat. Well, they cover around half of my calves, but this is still more than anticipated. The interior of the boot is made of sheepskin fleece, making it very soft and also very cosy for my feet. It's a pleasure to slip these on whenever I'm in a lazy or can't be arsed mood and with my feet cosy, this makes me a much happier person.

Onto the exterior now. The outside is also made of sheepskin suede and is very durable. Although they look like they are made of fabric, I have yet to have my feet soaked thoroughly by rain or snow. However, I haven't taken them out in torrential rain (nor do I intend to!) which I doubt they will do so well in.

Because last winter saw a lot of snow, I found myself wearing these UGG Australia boots more than anticipated. I slipped them on near enough every day of the snowy winter and these boots have served me very well. They have kept my feet cosy, warm and comfy on my daily trek into lectures and I have no qualms about doing the same this year if the weather is to worsen to the same state as last year.

One last thing I should mention is that they shouldn't be worn with socks (and I have no idea why anyone would want to with the interior lining so soft and fluffy) because the bare foot is meant to make a natural imprint into the discount UGGs boots; thus making it more 'personal' and more adapted to your own feet.

Lastly, the price. I got these cheap UGGs for a bit cheaper than usual due to a discount code Shudoo.co.uk had but as for the full priced items, I'm not sure I would be willing to shell out that bit more for them. If these boots became worse for wear (which they haven't yet; they still look as good as new - something which surprised me), I would wait for a discount code before deciding to purchase a replacement pair.

Overall, I'm a little bit in love with these women UGG boots now that the colder weather is starting to arrive once again and I will not hesitate in slipping these on to go to labs or lectures if my feet feels that the weather is cold enough!
Summary: If you can splash out for these, definitely do! However, if you are frugal like me, wait for a code.

  • I am definitely not someone for buying an imitation version of something that's fashionable as it just looks like you are desperate and try a little hard, in my opinion. Therefore, when my husband brought me these UGG Australia boots from 'Ugg' for Christmas last year I was really pleased as he knows it's the real deal or nothing for me. My boots came from John Lewis and set my husband back around £200 which was totally worth it for the wear that I have got out of them already!

Women UGG boots are a dark beige colour (called Chestnut) and they have a sheepskin layer inside them which is thick, soft and perfect for keeping your feet warm. The boots are tall enough that they come almost to the top of my calf and they keep my feet and legs wonderfully warm. These boots can also be worn folded down for an entirely different look which I thoroughly enjoy when it's not so cold outside.

I usually wear a size 5 but I have always found that these type of UGG womens boots need to be worn in a size larger to allow plenty of room for your feet and the sheepskin layer that's inside. The sole is nice and chunky and gives plenty of support to my foot so I don't end up walking inwards and bending these boots out of shape.

I find that the sheepskin inside these UGGs for women is fantastic and it helps to keep my feet lovely and warm. The main thing that I love about these boots is that I don't have to bother wearing socks with them so I can just slip them on and go straight out in the car or with the kids for a walk. They are so convenient and they are wonderfully warm and supportive for my feet which is just what I need on these Winter mornings that are slowly creeping in.

So far I haven't got discount UGG boots too dirty but I have found it easy enough, when they are a little mucky, just to let it dry and then use a brush to get rid of all the dry muck/dirt and then just to dab them with a sponge to remove any stains. My boots have a stain protection on them which my husband arranged for me, probably to protect his £190 outlay!

Overall I am very pleased with the quality of these cheap UGG boots, the warmth and the support. I was very happy to wear them for most of the Winter and Spring last year and I find that they are the perfect fashion accessory for keeping me looking like a yummy mummy at the school gates and I love knowing that my Uggs are the real deal!

If you are in the market for a decent, quality, sturdy pair of UGG brand boots this winter then I would definitely recommend these tall Uggs to you. The price may be a little bit pricey but you can always buy the shorts ones for £100 or the knitted ones for a similar amount if you want a little bit of luxury without paying quite so much money. However, I'd recommend the tall ones to you as they are perfect for tucking your trousers in too!

  • William created a new topic UGG Boots MAKE A Happy feet in the forum.
Winter is fast approaching and it's time to drag out your UGG boots from the wardrobe to keep your feet warm and I have the best pair of Ugg Boots to warm my feet, they are the Classic tall Ugg boots and I bought them last year from an online store.
I have to say I have worn them a lot last year and they are very comfy.

Men UGG boots are expensive boots and cost from £127 up to £140 but if you search online as I did you can find them cheaper. I bought mine from www.whoogaboots.co.uk for £77 which is a whopping saving and I didn't mid paying the postage as I was still saving money.

Women UGG boots are fur lined and keep your feet very warm in the snowy weather and in winter is important to have warm feet.
They come in lots of colours and you can choose from sand, grey, violet, chestnut, chocolate, black or pink so there really is a colour to suit everyones taste.

Baby UGG boots are individually crafted and you can see the quality and attention in the stitching when you look at them, they are durable and hard wearing. They also will keep your feet warm in temperatures as cold as -30C / -22F which is good enough for any harsh English winter frost or snow.

These are great for slipping on your feet and are easy to get on without too much fuss, they come to about calf length on the leg or a little higher if your small like me but you can turn them down so that a little of the fleece liner is showing on the outside.

Australia UGG boots are very fashionable boots and lots of people have them. Although the price is high they will last you a few winters, I have had mine a year now and they are still going strong enough for this winter, although they have now become more comfortable as they have been worn in for my feet and the tops are softer with using them.
They are a little stiff on the leg at first but give with being worn.

They have a rounded toes so there is plenty of room for the toes and they don't squash them up. They have a moulded rubber sole which is great for walking in the snow as you won't slip as well as having warm feet they are safe footwear.
They come in all sizes. They are made of sheepskin material so you have to be careful when cleaning them as they could lose the shape, warm water is suggested to use for cleaning and they clean quite easily if you are removing mud from them.

All in all a very good boot
Summary: lowest price UGG boots with excellent quality
